The culmination of hard work, discipline, faith and resiliency describes the professional path of Naydea Davis. After graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Entertainment Business, the Inglewood native began what has become a decorated 15-year career in multimedia production.
Davis started her career in Talent Relations and Live Production quickly establishing a track record of success that led her transition in Television and Film. Her production experience spans across leading entertainment and media networks such as MTV, BET, and ABC Networks. In 2013, Davis played an integral role in the historic launch of REVOLT Media & TV, the music cable network founded by Hip Hop mogul Sean ”Diddy” Combs, serving as Executive Assistant to SVP of Production.
Now, as the Sr. Director of Creative Production for REVOLT, Davis oversees all facets of production for REVOLT’s award-winning brand agency. Her dynamic skill set, experience and proven ability to be a reliable problem-solver had positioned Naydea to successfully launch notable partnerships with a roster of Fortune 500 companies such as Frito Lay, Nike, T-Mobile. Lexus, ATT&T and McDonald’s. Under her leadership, the REVOLT and Adidas “Sneakin’in with Druski” series focused on sustainability won the 2021 Silver Award for marketing effectiveness in online advertising at the 2021 Summit International Awards.
In 2014, Naydea launched the NDDM Agency, utilizing her world-class experience in production management, talent relations, and live events to assist companies in producing large-scale production across categories.
