I was working for a music mogul and the demands of my job were running me into the ground. I worked 16 hour days, was constantly on call, and was tied to my cellphone at all times. On the outside, my life looked amazing, but internally, I was struggling to keep my head above water. I started experiencing numerous panic attacks that were triggered by stress.I began developing unhealthy habits- bad mood,  poor diet & eating habits, and inadequate sleep. 


After having a bit of a come to Jesus moment, I discovered that I associated busyness with success, and oftentimes felt inadequate or had serious FOMO if my schedule wasn’t filled to the brim. I realized that this was not the lifestyle that I wanted to sustain, and decided that I needed to make some changes. I knew that there had to be a better way to thrive within the chaos.
